An exclusive personal chef service for home dining room or Executive Board Room is the answer. The client is charged for time and ingredients, dispensing with the catering minimum charge.

This service is perfect for eight guests or fewer for a simple three course meal. A waiter can be hired if desired. For our regular corporate clients we frequently specialise in the business-appropriate luncheon. Business meetings require a meal that is still elegant and delicious but not too complicated, that can be served quickly so these top level executives can proceed with the business of business without unnecessary interruption.

Known for our specialty in wine pairing, Barraud’s expertise is frequently called upon to pair wine, appropriate in flavour and budget with the food, as with our sample menu.
